<p>1) Calorie intake is where it all begins, and a lack of it could be causing your loss. The best thing you can do is keep track of the amounts you take in throughout the day. So load up on high calorie meals.</p>
<p>The recommended eating frame is every 2 hours. If you can stick with this, we also recommend adding certain foods during snack periods. Things like yogurt, protein bars, and dried fruits are a great option. You might need a protein shake as well, or a few of them throughout the day. This way your calories will be covered.</p>

You have to take breaks, rest the body, and then go heavy with your workouts once more. The truth is your time at home is the most important.</p>

<p>4. Exercising is the other half of achieving a beautiful build, if you don&#8217;t exercise too often then do exercises in your room, try concentrating on one section of your body. Going to the gym is also a great way to spend some of your time, although this takes time out of your day and is hard work, you&#8217;ll soon learn that the benefits that come with usual visits to the gym discipline you body.</p>
<p>5. Try avoiding supplements, this step may seem biased, but if you want your body to truly grow and get bigger relying on supplements will only give you results you want for the time being. The key to getting your body truly cut and beautiful is eating properly and getting your body to understand that it must use everything you decide to consume. This allows your body with the proper attention that it needs to properly transfer the nutrients given to the places you choose to exercise.</p>

For some reason bodybuilders are so hooked on the &#8220;genetics is everything&#8221; that they consistently fall prey to giving less then their best effort leading to disillusionment and discouragement. Often times the individual takes steroids and other bodybuilding drugs to compensate for a poor routine found in a magazine or randomly selected exercises performed with terrible form. These individuals also tend to build belief systems that support the use of drugs to build the physique. This mentality is pervasive even at the pro-level and is a cancer to the science of building muscle. Basically once you take the drugs away most people have a terrible physique and an even worse state of physical and mental health.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
For the natural bodybuilder, endless growth is not only possible it is a certainty once the individual diligently follows a step-by-step sound training program. The best programs will be geared so the athlete trains the nervous system to handle increasingly challenging demands so that new neural pathways can be developed to build muscle. The body becomes it&#8217;s function is a great truism, so you need to first develop strong neural drives to each muscle group to maximize it&#8217;s development.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The training routine also needs to take in account the development of muscle in strategic places which is first accomplished in the foundation phase. In the second phase of training particular attention is directed to smaller muscle groups to improve the shape, function and aesthetics of the physique. Usually accompanying this stage is a dietary regimen that strips away body fat to reveal the underlying musculature. This is a critical aspect to fully realize where one&#8217;s physical development is and where improvements need to be made.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The length of time of each phase depends on the maturity of the nervous system, goals of the individual, and body fat percentages. For most trainees these two stages should compromise approximately 1-3 years depending on how fast the individual responds to training and the continuity of the effort exerted. In reality most people take 3-5 years to get their nervous system to the high levels of training capacity in a given discipline.</p>

Cycling back and forth between Foundation training for the structure and Innervation training for the aesthetics compromises the bulk of these stages until the individual gets down to single digit body fat levels with a significant level of muscle mass. At this point a more complex routine is required as the body&#8217;s ability to adapt to training has significantly improved. Stricter attention to nutrition as well as advanced supplementation and serious psychological training is then required to overcome perceived limits in performance. This is where most trainees falter and there physical development halts. Intense effort is required to break past this barrier, and this takes incredible self-discipline, and desire.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
In this third and ongoing stage both foundation and innervation training are performed throughout workout regimens and training reflects constant change to maximize growth and overcome underdeveloped areas. Each month specialization on weak aspects is a must while maintaining or improving strong points. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
This long term healthy scientific approach to bodybuilding is far superior to training using drugs because without drugs the individual needs to first follow sound training science and sound nutritional advice. By building a solid base to your training and nutrition long term improvement is guaranteed and bodybuilding becomes a long term and continually improving pursuit.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Conversely, bodybuilders who use drugs to build their bodies quickly lose there gains once the drugs stop because of poor training and poor nutrition. Also the psychological dependence on drugs cause many top level Bodybuilders to become so depressed after they stop a cycle that their training and physique quickly degenerate thereafter. This loss of identity and false euphoria that drugs create can often lead to other more serious psychological/sociological problems. Natural bodybuilding is a far superior way to build every aspect of your physique as well as your mind and emotional state. Natural bodybuilding is a compliment to a productive and happy level not a detriment.</p>

Many natural trainees continue to improve late into there life. Some people are making gains in their 50&#8242;s, 60&#8242;s and even 70&#8242;s with consistent and applied scientific effort in Natural Bodybuilding. <p>But in a hurry to build up muscles, people nowadays end up having supplements or steroids.</p>
<p>Though steroids and supplements allows for fast growth of muscles, it is not recommended in the long run as it can have detriment health effects.</p>
<p>Below is a scheduled workout plan that lays out the muscle building exercises that can be followed for effective results.</p>
<p>The base of any workout is the point where you start from if you have a strong foundation, you will go the distance. The first aim of any newbie to body building is build your initial muscle mass.</p>
<p>It takes a lot of effort to the new comer to actually build up the mass. High protein and calorie rich food will do the job for you.</p>
<p>After you have build up some mass, the next stage is strength training which builds muscles that last.</p>
<p>Following a 5 day week would also be better as your muscles obtain the required rest before some iron is pumped into them again.</p>
<p>Here is a small schedule that might help you</p>
<p>Monday:</p>
<p>Squats<br /> Dead lifts <br /> Standing and calf raise<br /> Leg raises <br /> Inclined sit ups </p>

Although those injuries can heal very quickly, eating the right foods that build muscle can really speed up the process. Food supplies fuel that the body needs, and the right types of bodybuilding diets can do wonders.
<p>So what exactly are foods that build muscle? Well, to begin with, protein. Protein is probably the most important nutritional component in a muscle building program. You probably thought the most important component was cutting out fat, in order to reduce your body fat, didn\&#8217;t you? Well, it is not. Protein is essential. Without protein, your body withers away to nothing. So make sure you include protein foods that build muscle such as chicken, lean beef, eggs, fish (don\&#8217;t like fresh fish? Try canned tuna ?it\&#8217;s perfect), and cheese. </p>
<p>Finding out how much protein to eat when you are interested in building muscle fast is actually not difficult. First, you will need to find out your lean body mass weight in kilos, and then you simply multiply that figure by 2.75 to determine your daily protein requirement. Calculating your lean body mass uses some complex formulae, so ask a professional at the gym if you do not already have this figure. </p>
<p>Carbohydrates, in moderation, are also essential when finding foods that build muscle. Do not eat too much, though, unless you choose high fiber carbohydrates (which are the healthiest ones anyway), and then you can indulge in much larger amounts. Good high fiber carbs include rice, potatoes (yes, potatoes ? just do not add butter!), oatmeal and bananas. </p>
<p>Reducing fat in your diet is also important when considering what foods build muscle mass. I said earlier that protein is essential for the best muscle building nutrition. The problem is that many protein sources are also high in fat. The key, therefore, is to eating plenty of proteins that are low in fat. That way you get the benefit of the protein, and you reduce your fat intake at the same time. So cut all the fat off your meat, and the skin off your chicken, and drink low fat milk instead of the full fat variety. </p>
<p>When eating to build muscle, make sure you drink water. Liquid is important for hydration, and a dehydrated body is sluggish, and can even make you sick. This is not a recipe for obtaining the healthy, fit physique you are striving for. </p>
<p>Most experts agree that between 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day helps flush toxins and hydrate the body. And that is for everyone, regardless of activity levels and desire to have a buff body. So for those of us on bodybuilding diets, who are conscious of building muscle, water is even more important. </p>

<p>Foods that build muscle are great, and an essential component of your bodybuilding program. But do not be lulled into a false sense of security and think you can slow down on your workouts. Both bodybuilding exercises and bodybuilding diets are required to get a body to die for as quickly as you possibly can. Even if you are working on improving your physique slowly, you should combine a bodybuilding diet with bodybuilding workouts for best results.           </p>
