In Montreal I met Chris and Francois. I had been in touch with them online already. I went to the prejudging of the Bodybuildng competition where Chris had to compete. He blow me away with his routine. No surprise he won the overal competition. This is his routine.

What you recommend Casein protein for an ectomorphic bodybuilder?

we all know whey is the best for post workout, ect. but casein is a slow releasing protein, should I take this instead of Whey? Also GNC is WAY to expensive… is there anyplace cheaper?
