@meganerd14: Research everything you can about plyometric training (aka “Jump Training”), eat right, and do a lot of cardio, both sprints and low intensity. All you need for an effective plyometric workout is a bench of some sorts, even the bleachers you find at almost any sports field will do just fine.
Ever heard of calcium deposits?!? dont let the bar hit your chest. as time goes on you will get a long bump on you chest where bone formed. becuase with every hit to the chest you get micro fractures.
your arms show only go to about 90 degrees any lower and your not isolating your chest.
just get yourself a basic protein powder..that is if you have the money because protein powder will cost you about 50-80 dollars a tub depending on the kind you get and a tub usually lasts about a month..also get a creatine monohydrate..they are like 40 bucks for a good tub (may a recommend creapure) and a creatine tub willl last you 4-6months
good work it won’t be too long before you start seeing definition. but i must add that there are more workouts you can do which will give you great results without using as much weights e.g. cardio workouts
definition comes after size so thats f*ucking impressive. do u supplement at all man? if so what do u reccomend im 16 also and have been training for 10 weeks now.
Pretty good strength and effort you are showing, so far. Perhaps, a diet will suit you good. Your abs are missing, and pretty much definition in your whole body needs to be improved.
I will say…an hour of running around the park for a month in the morning-before 11am will diffidently get your abdomens and the definition in your arms that you are looking for shine.
bodybuilding isnt just lifting weights and alot of people have to realize that

That’s a very nice home gym setup you’ve got there. Kudos!
I just want my gut gone, got any advice for a workout with no equipment required?
most exciting part of this video was the water spitting segment at the very end…not once, but TWICE! double payoff!
too fast! slow down

what is your height `? you do not look very tall, can this be a negative effect of bodybuilding (stunting the growth) ?
