yeah, work out super early in the morning before work, during your lunch break and also after work…but you probably won’t have much free time to do anything else
anythin is possible if you put dedication into it. being a bodybuilder takes alot of effort and lots of working out. i recommend you buy protein shakes. protein will give you the strength to lift weights.
First question to ask yourself. 1. Do you have a family?
If the answer is yes, then ask yourself if spending 12 hours or so in the gym would be fair to them.
If the answer is no, then you could.
I subscribe to many magazines and have read articles of people that have squeezed in time enough to be considered bodybuilders. (as well as bringing their good food into them to work)
Good Luck to you.
Some thoughts.
Do you mean you want to compete? If so then sure but you will have no time for ANYTHING else. Do you know where you will be spending almost as much time as you do in the gym? In the Kitchen. YOu have to make a LOT of food and EAT a lot of food and it has to be made by YOU.
You may well need a home gym. If you don’t its going to be rough.
Look at ‘super slow’ weight training. That might be the key for you. Try it for a month. see if you have results
