i am 14, and im kind of fat
i weight 169 pounds

i want to become a bodybuilder
what should i do, i hate exercising, i am lazy, i always lose in arm wrestling. I suck.

    Well, you will need to get over your hatred of exercising and your fondness for laziness if you want to become a bodybuilder. If you’re serious, hire a certified personal trainer and a licensed dietician who can put you on the fast track to success. You’ll waste your time if you try to ‘wing it’ on your own or rely on the questionable knowledge of people who hang around gyms.

    P.S. Steroids are completely unnecessary to become a bodybuilder. They only assist those who already have great genetics and train hard — for most people, they would do absolutely nothing except provide all the negative consequences. If you have a proper diet and training regimen, you can achieve A LOT with bodybuilding without steroids.

  2. You don’t suck. You’re 14, so of course you’re lazy. ;)
    Bodybuilding is just that, it’s bodybuilding. So any exercise you do to improve your body is bodybuilding. You don’t need steroids.
    Try running to lose whatever fat you have, so you can really see your muscles.
    Also, try exercising with friends. Having a buddy at the gym REALLY helps you keep pushing yourself, and they can help push you as well. Plus, they’ll spot your for the higher weights.
    If you want to do better at arm wrestling you need to work on bicep curls and your shoulders.
    Go to http://www.trainwithmeonline.com and click on Exercises, then pick which bodypart you want to work and they’ll give you a good list (plus videos) of exercises to do. Good luck.

    do like an hour of workout a day, im 14 too, and my couch can do 100 pushups like ina minute, i asked him how he did that, he said that he goes on every workout machine for half an hour
