female body building tips for overweight?

I am starting getting into some body building and I want start now before I having problem with my health later… I love to do a lot of weight lifting but having trouble to stick to it… Any advices or good reccommads of doing at home body building? Thanks

    Congratulations for starting out! I train at home with free weights and get great results. First, you need to learn how to lift properly so that you don’t injure yourself and you get results. This can be self-taught, but you have to be willing to put the time in to educate yourself. Just remember this: not everything you will read or hear from people will be right for you. Eating fat doesn’t necessarily mean your body fat % will be high. Spend the time to figure out your calories burned and consumed. You will not get huge, unless you REALLY want to. The body is unbelievably complex and no one’s will be quite like yours. Everyone’s different, so experiment as much as you can! Good luck!
