    @AdamBoh: I’m 20lbs heavier now and I’m pretty damn sure I can put on another 20lbs without ever having to touch any shit. If I was taking something, you’d fucking see it – because I’d be a whole lot heavier and twice as strong. Jealous cunt. Go get a life.

    I only eat quality foods, my diet is not ‘strict’ at the moment, though. Trying to get in as many calories as possible right now. I’ll use a strict diet when I want to get shredded as hell. But currently I’m ‘bulking’. Check my website for articles on nutrition, if you wish.
