    hi. yes canned beans are exellent. they are high in fibre, low in fat, infact ill tell ua good recipe, buy buritos torties, and a low fat salsa & tuna, wrap in the burito about 1 third of canned beans, half a tin of tuna with ur ur salsa on top, put it in the microwave for 30secs, its great

    Typical day of groceries probably costs me approximately 200 bucks or so, not including protein powder. Lots of natural cheeses, lean beef/egg/chicken/fish meats, loads of fruits/veg, bran cereals/oatmeal, nuts (if youre not allergic like me…) low fat milks + yogourts and yeah. Thats just the majority of it.
