    how are high protein diets bad for your body? If you eat nothing but two pounds of beef everyday, then perhaps you are right. Otherwise protein is the building block of muscle. You simply cannot build muscle without it!

  24. Made my first sandwich today . It was great .

    I used Jewish rye bread because I couldnt find the Russian Rye.

    I used regular boneless chicken breast and seasoned it myself . lots of tomato
    (surprisingly delicious .)
