If you’re talking about competition, they’re definitely ok. The only things that are NOT allowed are steroids, diuretics, repartitioning agents, and possibly prohormones. I’m not 100% sure about this but if you’re really planning on competing, the competition organizers should have laid down the rules. Check it out with them.
But to answer your question, creatine and whey are definitely allowed. Absolutely no question about that.
natural BB is considered using anything except for steroids and HGH. protein and creatine are just easier to take rather than trying to get all u need from just food.
Natural Bodybuilding.. Take proteins and Creatine? Very simple
If your seriously really uptight about “natural” just eat chicken for dinner everyday and some fruits / veges with a lil bit of carbs for the energy, the fruits//veges will give you sugar, dont worry about calories because if your working out right.. you wont lose any weight but you will see that you have less fat and more muscle if anything you might weight more but your shirt/pants fit better you get me?
Proteins.. like Muscle Milk is fine but you should only drink it to replace a meal ..dont eat dinner and drink it or you will get FAT (unless you are skinny as heck and need to gain some weight, eg if your 5’7 180 is a good weight, then use it as a weight gainer to reach a certain amount of weight and then get off it do mad cardio and spend like 2 hours at the gym be sure to pump light weight or you will end up looking like a giant plum)
Creatine – creatine does NOTHING beneficial unless you want to pump the amount of weight you lift which is highly unrecommended because you will most likely hurt yourself (wrist), and the only thing creatine does is pump your muscle with water so it look a little bit bigger.. kinda dumb if you ask me, once your off it you shrink FAST. and yes Creatine is natural.
