Hey, thanks. I suggest eating every 2-3 hours (before you are actually hungry) and eat smaller portions – not too small though! You should feel full after eating but dont stuff yourself like a pig.If you dont eat that often your body will go into starvation mode and as soon as you consume some food your body will actually store it as fat!You should have ballanced diet – need carbohydrates (rice, potatoe, pasta) protein (meat, beans, eggs) healthy fats (avocado, olives, fish) fruit and vegetables

Kudo’s to you .. you sound like a really smart guy with this stuff… i’m a serious hard gainer and i do focus alot on protein and muscle milk.. but see i also have a bit of a gut and i used to be fat so i’m having trouble.. guilty concious and knowledge as well i’m afraid to eat and eat and eat because i don’t know what to eat and when to eat and how much to eat i don’t want it going to my gut.
