Oh my gosh ! 40% protein, 40% carbohydrate (glicogen) and 20% fat !

I’ll remember that, thank you !!

  3. it helps a bit but not 100% true

  4. basically it means that your body builds muscle after youve left the gym by using proper nutrition to aid in repairing the muscles that youve worked out. The protein is used to build muscle the carb and fat are used as an energy supply for your body

Yeah this is pretty stupid. You need about 1g of protein per body pound at the LEAST when body building. Always eat atleast 40g of carbs (I get 75g) before a workout and consume protein before and after lifting asap. Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day every 3-4 hours, this keeps your metabolism running high all day long. Drink protein shakes in the morning and before bed too. Creatine also helps suck water into the muscle to make you look more muscular and helps you exert more energy when lifting.

Sure, this is somewhat informative, but oversimplified.

Not all macro nutrients are created equal, therefore the ratio alone is not the only measure to ensure successful growth.

Moreover, I would like to hear about micro nutrients, which obviously must come into play.
