He dropped 20lbs in one week? You gotta be kidding me that means he had a caloric deficit of 70,000 calories in one week. Bullshit.

  2. how do you detox?

“toxins can slow down weight loss”

Intersesting. I believe you are right. I didn’t begin to lose weight until one year after I became a vegan. I smoked two packs a day and drank beer everyday before I changed my diet. I believe my body took one year to begin losing weight because I was so toxic. But then I begun to lose weight rapidily earlier this year, 10 lbs a month.

I say, detox first then concentrate on weight loss. Detox can take up to a year as my case proves. Be patient.

have youdone any internal cleansing? toxins can slow down weight loss? any under lying health problems?

  6. Renegade, you say you excersise right? does that mean just weight training? or do you do cardio too?

if you want to get lean and lose body fat, in my opinion, do an hour of cardio a day.

and the guy who said he lost 20lbs in one week…..its all water and junk cleansed out of the colon, its not fat.

    gluck

  7. RenegadeMystic, people who lose 20lbs in a week, are people with a ridiculously high amount of bodyfat, like insane amounts.

  8. Dude, you have to eat alot of Organic raw greens !

  9. his metabolic rate was already super gr8 . he was already fit.and his diet was awesome before he went raw . dont compare urself to him and ull feel a lil better .

dude, of course you can’t drop 20 lbs a week. Thats stupid, but I’ve been eating mostly raw, I run 6-8 km almost every day and walk 12 km a day and I can drop 3 lbs a week if I want to. Its all in the caloric-defecit. Your body can’t process processed foods (chips, candy, junk food) so it stores it as fat.

  11. lol maybe you guys should try things for more than a week

Thanks for the reply. I can’t go atkins because I don’t like to eat meat. I eat fish sometimes but not meat, I feel sick when I eat beef, pork and chicken. I think I get sick when I eat meat because of all the growth hormones, steroids and anti-biotics they give to the animals. I will stick with my curent diet which is mostly vegan and continue lifting weights. It’s only been two weeks, the body needs to adjust. I’ll rock this thing for 90 days then i’ll pass judgement. Peace.

  14. did you gain any weight?, you must also watch how much carb the meat contains, sometimes the carbs are hidden search for a calculator and write the protein, fat etc and then it will tell you how much hidden carb is in the food, try atkins raw food didnt work for me but with atkins i lost 20lbs in a week. So i would say do rather atkins then this diet. I hope i have helped you

Man, i’m really fed up, I hear all this talk of people losing all this weight on raw food. This guy says he lost 20lbs in one week. I’ve been on raw food for a week too but I didn’t lose any weight and I exercise. I’m frustrated. This ain’t right.
