    nice

  2. amateur posing = better than pro,

natural training = better than anabolics.

keep it that way, fresh and sharp.

you have a beutiful body, anabolics ruin your beauty and health .

    congratuations, enjoy that !!

thanks for sharing your great look

Also just to clarify what Zilcher had posted was he indicated that I had worked out for 4 and a 1/2 years. NOT 4 to 12 years. At has been about half a year since this vid so I have been going to the gym for 5 years now. Also just for the record, I know many body builders who go to the gym regularly for 10+ years and have never competed, so knowing ur proper poses has nothing to do with how long a body builder has been working out. Anyhow good luck to all and keep lifting!

Nah never touched any type of steroid. I have always been naturaly lean. It is a blessing in that sense, however, training hard for the past 5 years now has deffanilitly helped me gain strength and added about 30Lbs of lean muscel keeping me at about 4.5% body fat. As far as the posing goes, I am not embarraced to admit that I have never competed or have I had any BB coaching to learn the right poses and these vids are nothing but amateur, but who knows maybe one day I will have semi-pro vids

you must be a bad coach lol :) kidding mate

  15. LongBeachBeef on March 14th, 2010 at 1503

I coach BB’s who have competed longer than 4 1/2 years and STILL don’t know how to pose. Posing ability is not a product of tenure in this game.

i doubt that hes been working out for 4 -12 years as u mentioned coz he can’t pose in a correct way my friend.cheers

  17. he’s been working out for 4-1/2 years.

i doubt he’s using drugs. he’s not huge for a drugger, just for someone who is natural.
