It does seem that micronised CM can avoid the bloat that many get on regular CM. However some just prefer CEE even though the data shows its not as good as CM.
I was told that regular creatine monohydrate is absorbed poorly by the body – and its effect is dependant on the cells ability to absorb it. The poor absorption rate of regular creatine monohydrate requires the creatine user to ingest large dosages of CM to achieve desired effect. Because of the Ester attached in CEE, its easier to digest and the dosages are smaller but with the same effect as CM
Is this “Micro-Monohydrate” the best of both worlds then?
Good information! Finally someone who tells the truth about monohydrate vs ethyl ester so consumers don’t have to blindly fall into media pressure about whats best and not.
