    ill try to explain what I know.. amino acids are building blocks…the body uses those to build human muscle….the protein we eat comes from animal muscle..the body must break down that into aminos and use what ever it can

    as far as what are the benefits of using amino acid supplements… muscle size, and when dieting they can help muscle from wasting away and being metabolized
