  5. She has a wonderful body, laden with gorgeous muscles (well, with all due respect to her, her face leaves a lot to be desired, but hey, I’m no oil painting!!) and I oculd only wish that I’d been on that stage to feel her muscles while she was posing.

    That is not how they work. Most of them make your muscles more efficient at recuperating, so you are able to hit them harder more often. The work still needs to be done, it can just be done a lot more frequently (hitting chest 4x week). Just a little fyi!

    ok just because you do steroids does not mean you just gonna sprout muscle instently it still takes a shit load of work and one hell of a diet its real easy to blame it on steriods but the bottom line is thats only one part of the equation

    Some do but some don’t . I am not her judge. Some women have great genetics and really do work out super hard.
