  1. i deadlift because i like them and it is a good way for me to note my progress on how strong im getting but how important do you think it is in bodybuilding . id say important although it isnt really a lift that pumps you but idk

    very impressive mate, great form throughtout. You know u coulda got 20 though!!! 15 without wraps is my best but not continously like you. I gotta properly ground it everytime, havnt got the power to do what you did.

    very good lifting Jon, High rep deadlifts are the way forward. It’s always the tough guys that do this kind of lifting. Very impressed! I do 350lbs for these kind of reps at 170lb bodyweight. Looking forward to doing 400!

    boss my tops is 210kg but i get 1 rep im gone down in weight to 180kg im getting 4 reps but if i build up to 12reps then try 210kg will i be able to rep it thanks if u can help?

    You’re amazing Jon.I’ve watched this video so many times. So inspirational ! I got 2 reps on 140kg today. I would love to be able to just get 1 rep on 180kg. That’s damn impressive. Keep up the good work!

    Not really. I did a lighter higher rep set with 140kg to help build stamina though.

    Could get about half that number of reps without straps. My grip is not great.
