How much protien should a new bodybuilder take daily?

I workout 3 times a week for one hour and im new at lifting weights i started only like 3 months ago. Im 120 pnds and 5’6. How much pritien should i take daily?

  1. The directions on the container are usually pretty good. You’ll notice if you’re having a little too much if your, uh, gaseous digestive byproducts start to smell of sulfur.

    1 scoop for your weight half hour before and half hour after workout. 1 scoop in morning. (Assuming it’s whey protein.) Add a scoop once you get over 135 lbs.

    Casein protein is slower-acting and usually best for morning and night but not pre and post workout.
