  8. @polishmysac am 5.10, on this Video i weigh around 162 LBS ( i know it i might look bigger) am still dieting ( it’s been 2 months and a half so far and still 3 or 4 weeks left) after so i’ll tapper up the Carbs and the Calories to regain the mass i’ve lost during this diet.
    i do not measure the Calories as per say but i can tell you i eat at least 3 Times less than Usual. Carbs are reduced to a minimum .
    Off season i weigh 35 to 40 LBS more than what am on this Video.

    i’m curious on how many calories a day do you eat. how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
