Day 4 Week One Blog Entry My leg muscles are still a little sore from the workout on Day 1. Now my chest and triceps are beginning to feel stiff from the workout on Day 2. While I’m not in the Gym, I’m concentrating on getting my diet right so I’m always feeding my muscles. Today I went and purchased a representative meat or protein source as my virtual bodybuilding coach has been teaching me about – and I’m going to compare the relative cost of each source of protein. If I’ve missed a cheaper source of protein that is lean and good for bodybuilding, please leave a comment here or on my blog.
