Bodybuilding Supplements and nutrition
this is a video made for those who are looking to start taking supplements. im very educated on the subject. ive been into bodybuilding for several years, and love the way it makes me feel. i encourage you to challenge yourself, and make ur body ache every once and a while. supplement list is as follows, Whey protein, creatine monohydrate, mega mens multi vitamin, fish oil, ZMA, and L-arginine.
@diegomojarro not so much even steroids. steroids mabe 8-9 lbss of muscle in that time. ur correct, on average the gain of muscle per year is about 5 lbs. unless you are still growing; then it will be more because of natural weight gain caused by puberty. but yeah i stopped growing a while ago, so gains right now are very slow. it also depends on your body type. im an ectomorph, which develops muscles very slowly, vs a mesomorph who can gain huge amounts of muscle in a very short period of time
@Archthebar ohh i see i thought you mean 16 pounds of muscle.. only with steroids you could do that in short amount of time… i heard 5 pounds of muscle a year is realistic
@diegomojarro first of alll… im pretty sure a scale measures weight, not a mirror. second, yes with creatine it is not uncommon to put on that much weight. by no means am i saying that is it all muscle because its not. its mostly intramuscular water weight, which is what you see in my increased size, and what i notice with my lifts going up.
hey you have a mirror in your house ?? you put 16 pounds lol you must be joking you like like you weight 16 pounds
@craignkrp09 im not really one to take off my cloths on youtube lol im here more for nutrition, supplementation questions, and workout pointers
