    LOL “No, the’re not steriods, go read a book” LMAO I’ve been doing the Bodybuilding thing for a yr or so. I’ve gained 45lbs, clean! I take creatin ethanol (spelled something like this). I went from 140lbs to 185lbs. Now, Im soon to start prepping for my 1st show. I’m going to lean out! I’m going to 3% bf. I eat somewhat similar to you. I do use a bit of condiments on my chicken/fish! Hell nah, I can eat that shit raw!! lol
