  1. Magnify book, if you like to consult the magazine men health, It is a source of totally updated information, much people participate in this book: cientifics, bodybuilders, nutriologists, they do not try sell a product mark certain, single suggest you need. people presents diverse routines, it deals with subjects nutrition, routines and infinity of tips really to get maximo benefit to your work outs, presents people of normal complexion explaining step by step each one of its exercises, no more people that presume their fisico with spectacular poses, that difference this book of anothers. this book is for people like you or me wishing to initiate (or continue) in a serious true plan of ejercicios/diets, I recommends it, i really have read others and no looks like this one. You do not know that to buy in the supermarket, how to dress and eat suitably, how to do supersets, or build your own gym, Here is. everything in easy language to read. tanks Larry Keller.

  4. The authors’ diet and exercise recommendations are sensible and presented clearly, and any man who follows them (to any degree) will improve his health and well-being. However, I have several problems with this book: (1) It often seems to veer into the “all or nothing” thinking that dooms many diet/exercise plans from the start — either you follow this regimen religiously and develop a perfect body, or you might as well forget it. The fact is that doing ANYTHING to improve your diet or ramp up your exercise regime is good for you; it’s better to do something than nothing. (2) The “hard body” ideal is not one that most men should or can aspire to (any more than most women could aspire to looking like the latest supermodel), and it’s unrealistic to hold it up for emulation. (3) As a woman, I personally find a “hard body” unattractive. I enjoy being with a man who’s fit, healthy, and comfortable with himself. But as for someone with buns of steel and cast-iron abs … I’d rather go to bed with a ham hock.

  5. I’m not sure what the others were reading but I thought this was a waste of my money. The book is huge- much bigger than I expected- but I was looking for some specific workout programs and it falls way short on that. It claims to have a 12-week program but I’ve thumbed through several times and can only find 3 weeks worth. Perhaps I have to dive into it more but I find it confusing to find what you’re looking for and unorganized. If you’re looking more for information about working out, diets, etc. then maybe it’s for you.
