How do you get rid of that bodybuilder look?
I’m a 5’4″ female and I don’t exercize much, but my legs are HUGE with muscle. I am healthy with little fat. Is there some way to get rid of some of this muscle? Thanks.

Cardio burns muscle and they will eventually shrink down. Try jogging, dancing, yoga, kick boxing. They are all great sports and help with your problem. good luck
I had the same problem! I was able to make it go away by skipping lower-body weight lifting and instead walking fast on a treadmill at a slight incline. This is what models do, since it tones up with building bulk.
So I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes walking, and on alternate days, I do 30 minutes of cardio followed by upper-body weight lifting.
I rock you pretty much has it. Different activities call for different types of muscle and different sizes of muscle. Endurance activity, which includes pretty much all cardio calls for long, lean, slow twitch fiber so long lean muscle. If you do that your body will reshape itself, however, it will take a LONG time. You’ll really have to watch what you eat in terms of what type and how many calories keeping your proteins lower than most dieters to help keep you from building the muscle. This IS one time when I recommend to be a calorie counter.
It will be long and hard to accomplish your goal, but it is obtainable.
