How often should a natural bodybuilder workout each body part a week?
In a 5×5 mass gaining phase, should each major body part be worked once or twice a week? Im currently only doing 3 training days a week. Could I double this or continue with what i am doing? No information about diet or getting huge quick with ur dodgey links please.
If you want, try doing 5 days a week and have 2 days for a break and let your muscles relax. If you’re able to, try to work out everything in one session. Biceps,Triceps,Shoulders,back,Chest,stomach, and legs in a course of one workout session, and do that everyday. for 5 days.

um all i really know is that you shouldn’t repeatedly lift everyday, because if you don’t rest your muscles for a couple of days (after lifting for a couple days also) they will not repair, therefore they will not grow stronger
the reason is when you’re sore after workouts, your muscles rip so they can rebuild stronger,, if you work out while they are sore/ripping, they will only rip more and will not rebuild.. they might actually get weaker

I found the best way to get the best results is to do 2 days ON 1day OFF split. Do different body parts of course during the 2 ON days.
Training does not have to be as complicated as they might look in the magazines and might even be inappropriate depending on what level you are at. Standard training programs that have been tried and tested over the years are hard to beat. The 5×5 program is one that has been tested and proven successful.
The main thing is to change up your exercises every month and make sure ur making adequate increase of weights.
