		<description>Excellent vid.  I love onions and looks like an awsome meal.  I do eat clean and usually at least 5 meals a day.   I posted my results, I did not quite get my abs to come through but I feel like I&#039;m close.  I&#039;m maintaining a 40/40/20 ratio for the most part.  I&#039;m at about 12% body fat now and pretty sure that I need to be at 10%.  Any tips or advice is welcomed.  I will send another message with my Email if you have any questions about my current stats or diet.</description>

		<description>i actually sometimes through carb cycling into my diet, if done correctly i beleive it tricks the body into using stored fat as a source of energy, to make it basic every 3rd day only have a really dense carb meal for breakfast and post workout, otherwise stick to no carbs are really low carb foods like veggies with your meals........give it a shot.</description>
