Hey, when i have dinner, I usually have 2 skinless chicken breast, vegetables a 1 average size jacket potato. Is this good? I have this meal around 7- 7.30 pm
i actually sometimes through carb cycling into my diet, if done correctly i beleive it tricks the body into using stored fat as a source of energy, to make it basic every 3rd day only have a really dense carb meal for breakfast and post workout, otherwise stick to no carbs are really low carb foods like veggies with your meals……..give it a shot.
Excellent vid. I love onions and looks like an awsome meal. I do eat clean and usually at least 5 meals a day. I posted my results, I did not quite get my abs to come through but I feel like I’m close. I’m maintaining a 40/40/20 ratio for the most part. I’m at about 12% body fat now and pretty sure that I need to be at 10%. Any tips or advice is welcomed. I will send another message with my Email if you have any questions about my current stats or diet.

It’s not, if you have too much of a calorie defecit then you’re going to have alot of trouble keeping your muscle.
I am not gonna eat 3000 kcal, because it is to much. I am gonna try to lose bodyfat., but I will start to eat tortilla lol
So that food at 5:59 is about 600 kcal?
So you eat about 3000 kcal a day.
I am gonna start to eat something like that me too.
