BodyBuilder Diet Example


JK JK about the leave me alone! I love the questions you give me! So this is just an example of a day of food for me. Look at all the food and I still need more calories ( I need around 4000 right now) So I will most likely add a snack into this. Feel free to ask me tons of questions about my diet, this is just basic overview of one day, I will be making allot more videos that go way more in depth. Please comment and subscribe!

    Its a sad day when “food” becomes the staple of “life”. Why not consult with the rest of obese America and see how much they can “live”. I can climb ropes. Jump around. Run around. Not die from lactic acid buildup the day after a church softball game. Ride ROLLERCOASTERS…….Need I say more? So if skipping a fatface indulgence at Micky D’s means I have no life then……You are correct: I have no life.

    BTW I eat whatever I want when Im in heightened training seasons.

  19. @rugbyfish44 LOL ok guy. i dont know how you define a cheat meal, but you would be naive to think that a pro eats super strict over 360 days a year. there are ways to eat cheat meals and still be under your caloric needs, drugs to help you shed fat, and the fact that you never actually see a pro bodybuilder every day of his life during the off season should tell you something.

    but just keep believing that these guys are gods at nutrition. i wont hold it against you.

    @R3ZA first of most all IFBB Pros have less than three cheat meals a year… idk if you want to beleive that they eat shitty foods or drink so that you feel better about being a fat ass yourself.. But they dont… an even thier cheat meals are semi healthy.

    @522waterboy yo dude watch what you say. there’s more to life than good tasting food. I started eating healthy and working out about 5 years ago. Since then i’ve felt way better about myself mentally, been with more girls, and have landed huge high paying jobs because of my self image. I’m in hong kong right now making over 50 g’s a year because of my physical appearance and health due to my “no-life” decision.

    and i too enjoy mcdonalds and beer every once in a while as well.
