  1. @JpeltakaCyberBeast if that were true then food would be bad for you. don’t be a dumbass. nobody has ever died from using a supplement as directed

@KyleP2009 no you are. all and every supplement is bad for your kidneys and liver. the human body itsnt meant to take direct nutrients, but absorb them from food. GO FUCK YOURSELF BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. @aktylerng creatine is effective by saturating ur muscles with extra phosphates.. when ur body uses energy it turns adenosine TRI phosphate into adenosine DI phosphate.. when the extra phosphate is sittin around it attaches to the ADP making it ATP again.. water helps but isn’t necessary to work.

  4. @fitnesslord hahaha that’s how I feel!

  5. @JpeltakaCyberBeast then u are an ignorant MF

  6. @GeneticFreak95 It is estimated that every one pound of raw meat contains two grams of creatine… so u have fun eating and eating and I’ll enjoy my tiny little scoop

  7. @GeneticFreak95 performance enhancing?? lol yeah right there along with water and gatorade and a goodnight’s sleep! haha what a joke

  8. @JpeltakaCyberBeast lol name ONE supplement that, when used as directed, harms ur kidneys or your liver

@maneatingtoilets Muscles grow quicker because they become more efficient at making ATP (energy) which nick explains in a video. Thus you can lift that extra rep which leads to more gains. The supplement doesn’t directly make you bigger or make you gain muscle at a superhuman rate. Its just an energy mechanism that naturally occurs in cells. Creatine may increase water retention but that has nothing to do with losing muscle.

Nick try going to the MRI Black website, i think its much better then RTN and have supps that have been researched properly and proven to be effective

(continued) You might reply to this about protein supplementation, however protein supplements are essentially food, its only use is due to making consumption of protein easier. So, while I might sound deadly againsat creatine, it is great for fast muscle growth, and Im not criticising your video or any users, I just thought Id share my opinion.

Doesnt creatine result in more water retention? (making muscles grow, quicker than without.) Which is fine for aesthetics but imo seems like cheating. This aslo means that mucle is easier to lose than without using creatine. And when people say its perfectly natural, yes the substance itself exists in the body naturally but the levels achieved by supplementing with it is not. (continued..).

hey nick, question: i heard that you should not take creatine and glutamine at the same time, if true??? then how should they be taken??? and why??

Damm bro I usually like your videos but for the last 8 minutes and 59 seconds I felt like I was being harassed by a GNC salesman. Its all good though I guess if I was sponsored by a company I would try to sell the shit out of their products too… maybe

  15. @scondore i think he means buying the supplement is useless. if you are getting good nutrition then you probably don’t need creatine supps.

  20. GeneticFreak95 on June 10th, 2010 at 1149

Ok. supplements are exactly that SUPPLEMENTING for what you are SUPPOSED to get from food. Protein supplements are fine especially since food is hard to get in sometimes, but PERFORMANCE ENHANCING CREATINE really doesn’t do much at all. Yes creatine has its vital purposes in its NATURAL FORM, but other than that….your only going to absorb about eh 20-30% of the creatine anyways. and thats just enough to let ur mind think its working ;)

  21. GeneticFreak95 on June 10th, 2010 at 1229

in my opinion……..creatine is useless…..just eat eat eat eat. thats what your body wants AND NEEDS. Coming from an honest accomplished bodybuilder.
