If a female bodybuilder breast feeds will their breast be like a rock and how would their baby feel?
They still can be pregnant and have the hormone to breast feed.Will her breast be solid on the babies mouth and lips and would her chest muscle handle a babies bite after they grow their teth.

the breasts will fill up with milk just like a regular woman’s and they will be just like a regular woman’s breast
they are like a rock when engorged anyway.
there is no difference in the feel of one breast to another to a baby
all they care about is milk
as per the bite the teeth will not get to the muscle due to the largeness of the breast from the milk
from what I know, female bodybuilders are only pumped up like that a few times a year around competition time. The rest of the time therye a bit muscly but not as pumped.
Its very hard work to fuel the body for body building. they go on a very high protein low fat diet which wouldnt be safe during pregnancy. so they would gain a bit of body fat back while pregnant then when their babies are born the milk would take over and their breasts would fill up, theyd be a bit harder underneath. but they could still produce milk.
Of course, Im no body builder expert
If they’re any use as a bodybuilder they won’t get pregnant and indeed can’t without abandoning their bodybuilding regime.
