Diet on the day before a bodybuilding contest.?

I’m on my last week before contest and was wondering what is the best approach 2 days prior to contest? Obviously i’m going to lower my water and sodium intake. I’m only looking to use natural diuretics which I read are watermelon,sweet potatoes and asparagus. Contest is on a Saturday at 8pm. Considering you were in this position what would you follow from morning to contest. I’m 5″11/187lbs and 4% bodyfat. Thanks

    A typical days eating will look like this:

    - bowl of oatmeal
    - protein drink

    - can of tuna
    - garden salad

    - 2 chicken breasts
    - 1 baked potato

    - protein drink

    - steak
    - steamed veggies
    - 1 cup of rice

    - protein drink
