i need help with a bodybuilding diet plan?
I need help with a diet plan to gain muscle ( i’m looking to gain about 5-10 lbs of muscle) . The thing is, my parents dont cook much at all and really hate doing it. So usually i would be stuck to things such as protein shakes, etc.
im thinking of spacing out my meals like this but i dont know what to eat and when?

I hear rice is good, you can make alot, and eat bits and bits during each interval, plus its kinda healthy.
Cottage cheese, yogurt, peanuts, peanut butter sandwiches, protein bars, string cheese, milk, tuna fish, etc…
Those things right there are things your mom can buy you that all contain protein, and does not involve you doing more than just opening a can or spreading peanut butter on a sandwich. Just got to the grocery store with your mom and find items like these and such…
See your gym dietician, dont try to save money and DONT listen to diet advise from people here, they wouldn’t know the difference b/w a grape and a grapefruit.
