Yeah !! as much as i like this dude because he does have alot of knowlege about fitness those did look fake and i guarentee u he did’t do 20 reps and still able to breath freely ummmm not gonna happen . with that said i still think he is cool and for those of you who are just starting out or need advice he does seem to know his stuff

I’m bigger than him & I only do 225 on the incline bench 12-13 times when I’m fresh. Those hafta be empty plastic weights. No dude his size is gonna do a barbell curl w/ 135 on it that effortlessly.
only the qbs the cbs and the wrs can do 225….the ol dl lb s fb and rb can do alot more…

thats not 225 hes a lier…..u can tell thats not a solid weight its plastic lolz!!! football player in the nfl can only do 225 on a flat bench or around 30 so i dont believe he can do 225 on inline 4 3 sets of 20-25 lolz!!!

Its possible if you just started working out, train properly (trust me only 5% of the people in your gym know what they are doing), and eat like a sumo wrestler (that is not too exagerated either).

you can vary those excercises. Use dumbells or a different grip for bench press. Do front squats or low squats with less weight instead of regular squats. Barbell hack squats and good mornings would be a good substitute for deadlifts. Theres always some form of variation you can do.
