good bodybuilding diet to not put on much excess fat?
hi every time i eat heavy carbs/proteins and all that good stuff for building muscle mass i feel as if im getting fatter… even though i do 30 minutes of cardio a day… any good foods? thanks

Well thats what’s wrong…..You can’t just do cardio if you wanna get bigger…(buffer) You gotta actually lift weights trust me it works….
your not getting fatter bro.
you are feeling bloated(sp?)…protein does that 2 ya.
You may gain weight, but if you are body building you want 2 gain weight brah.
try getting a personal trainer.
