my current diet mainly consists of chicken breasts and broccoli,2 eggs,and like every weekend a subway.

  1. It depends, are you bulking or cutting? It’s hard to do both at the same time.

  2. Um a bodybuilding diet is mainly emphasizing on protein. Get around 1 gram per pound of your bodyweight. Next make sure you are getting lots of clean carbs, and minimal fat. Chicken breasts are great sources of protein when it doesn’t have skin. As long as you get veggies, it’s always a plus. Make sure you lift hard and heavy. Keep cardio to a minimal. Make sure you also get above maintenance on your calories. Message me if you have questions.

I understand they say that pills will not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too.   4. You can actually get a lot of information from this free ebook i found, its written by a guy called Vince Delmonte. It pretty much tells you whats best to eat, when to eat it, how much of it to eat etc. Interesting read, i reccommend it. You can download it from my source.
